Pros
Free coffee (the cheapest they can get by with) and if you're a worker not management or an executive, a close bond with who you're in the trenches with.
Cons
Profits over people, only out to sell the company, zero appreciation, intimidation, no culture, constant fear of being fired, bro executives, meetings over action, catering to sales team, reactionary, over promising and under delivering to customers, tech riddled with issues, rushing to market just to make a sale, long hours demanded and checked by CEO, disorganized, changing priorities that kills momentum, fast paced with no eye on quality, lack of resources, HR run for the benefit of the company not employees (new boss=all new dept in less than a year) it goes on. The most disturbing is seeing employees who are here one day and gone the next. Long time people who built the company and worked nights and weekends just cut and replaced with a cheaper warm body or an execs friends. It's no wonder that so many ex employees go on to work for competitors or start their own rival companies.
