I've had a great experience working at Splash. The company is majority remote and trusts employees to manage their work without excessive oversight. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in the success of both the business and its employees. The mission is meaningful, the people are collaborative, and there are plenty of opportunities to contribute beyond your immediate role. The flexibility and work-life balance are among the best I've experienced.

Processes are continually evolving, which can sometimes create ambiguity or require employees to help build structure as the company scales. If you're looking for a highly structured environment where every process is already established, this may not be the right fit.
