Pros

Flexible PTO schedule. Laid back atmosphere. Work from home. Colleagues are nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

1. NO room for growth. You are more likely to get laid off or demoted then actually move upward in your career 2. Poor management communication. They tell you one thing but you find out way down the line that you had made mistakes or did parts of your job incorrectly. You are only given this information on your annual reviews. 3. Little to no recognition for your work. 4. You do not have set goals individually that can set you apart against your peers for possible promotions.

Pros

I've had a great experience working at Splash. The company is majority remote and trusts employees to manage their work without excessive oversight. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in the success of both the business and its employees. The mission is meaningful, the people are collaborative, and there are plenty of opportunities to contribute beyond your immediate role. The flexibility and work-life balance are among the best I've experienced.

Cons

Like any growing company, priorities can change quickly and teams need to be comfortable adapting. Processes are continually evolving, which can sometimes create ambiguity or require employees to help build structure as the company scales. If you're looking for a highly structured environment where every process is already established, this may not be the right fit.
