A terrible mess of an organization. Top-heavy leadership of very inexperienced leaders all trying to learn how to lead while securing their roles. The company has grown way too fast with very little planning, leading to a worst-of-both-worlds mix of small company chaos and large company inefficiency. There's also a lot of talk and assurance of things with little action to back those words up. The whole company is marred by indecisiveness and lack of leadership. It also often mistakes loud voices and bullying for leadership.
