There are a fair amount of great things happening at Splice: - It is a rapidly growing organization with a lot of opportunity - The amount of immediate impact one can have coming into organization allows for people to notice positive progress from their contributions - The people are very passionate about the organization and our commitment to artists/creators - If you are looking for that "start-up" feel we are definitely still there - There is an opportunity to learn and do a lot - Access to Leadership
Cons
The cons are all areas of potential areas of improvement: - Fast growth = catching up - The occasional pains of being in the start-up environment - There is a need for Foundation/Structure to be built in certain areas (currently in progress) - Change/Predictability over long periods of time isn't concrete (as in most start-up cultures) - You must be self-driven to ensure that you are driving personal development
