-A lot of first time / inexperienced managers. Managers need to set clearer expectations for their team and give better feedback. -Sometimes hard to participate in team meetings if you are not in the NY office. There is video conferencing in all the conference rooms but sometimes it is hard to jump into the conversation or hear side conversations.
