Pros
I've worked in the transportation, healthcare, and tech industries. After starting at Splice - I came to realize quickly that the teams here pursue excellence at all times. Whether its setting a room or preparing for a meeting, whether its introducing a new product or feature, or reminding its employees that a transparent, considerate and focused workplace is a successful workplace. Some of the best parts of working here are that: Leadership is as transparent as they can be. You're treated like family no matter which team you are on or how new you are. You're pushed to be your best and operate at your best. You're given the resources to grow and get better. You're taught how to set goals and form effective steps to achieve them. Work hard. Play hard - you're reminded that its important to have a good work life balance. You're trusted to do what you've been hired to do. You're encouraged to voice your thoughts and opinions. I love getting up and getting to work. At Splice, you're not just a headcount or employee in the workforce, you're a human being. I hope that never changes. Every work environment has its pros and cons but, its really dependent on your attitude and approach to working with multiple personalities and different daily tasks!
Cons
Not many that I can think of except when the free cold brew on tap runs low or ...even those times when you need to put a little extra time in to get something done for the following week but, what job doesn't? A job isn't just work and a paycheck. You're doing work that's part of a bigger picture.
