1. The owner does not trust anyone inside finance. He only believe those who are close to him but does not know anything in finance. 2. Accountants for him were only counting beans. 3. He will promise you everything but will not do it. Example Health Care and the benefit of Working from Home. He will allow you to work from home but will tell you that you are not allowed to do it again. 4. Belittle those employees in administration and finance. 5. Will use salary to make you say yes but will use it against you when you do not follow them. 6. Only have short-term or band-aid solutions for problems. 7. Finance and Admin people only stay no longer than 7 months.
