Pros
- fun product and projects - motivated and smart team members - opportunities to be challenged and grow - ability to partner with various members across the org - unlimited PTO - Splice values their employees - fun events
Cons
- while opportunities are available, sometimes you really have to push for collaboration across teams - having to wear multiple hats may not be for everyone, but that's a byproduct of startup culture - there are times when the company's vision isn't very clear. LT is transparent but the message doesn't always land
