Pros
The positive point is the fact that 2 out of 3 managers + the country manager are, or have been, on long term sick leave and there is a minimum of control. So if you perform, everyone is off your back. There are no annual reviews, soft targets or KPI's. Just do your job and you get paid. There are accelerators for specific product groups that can help to make your number.
Cons
3 out of 15 regional sales managers (sales executives) are on long term sick leave, resulting in pressure on the rest of the team. After almost 2 years in the team, there are a few constant performing individuals. If you get stuck with shitty accounts (what is mostly the case, because everyone with the good account set stays), forget it. Last Fiscal Year 2025 - 1 out of 15 sales made their number. There is a sick culture (Netherlands specific). The recurring business is with a few exceptional accounts. There are simply said, to many sales.
