We apologize for the delayed response to this review. We are often in awe of our Project Managers at Spok, because critical communications in healthcare is the world we operate in. Schedules may change and projects may be escalated to meet customers’ needs at a moment’s notice. Admittedly, our most successful project managers are highly adaptable and exceedingly organized in order to meet our customers’ schedules and needs. But, to excel in this role, the best PM’s plan ahead and free their schedules from obligations that might interfere with travel and working at a customer site for a week or longer. It’s not a role for everyone, but it is a role that demonstrates skill in organizing a plan and leading a team; these skills are why we provide the “pros” that you noted, the ability to work remotely and competitive compensation.
