Thank you for your feedback. We’re happy that you found nice people to work with at Spok but we are disappointed to hear that you felt issues were sidelined or that communications didn’t reach you. Teams at the forefront of implementing on premise software are often the first to discover project challenges. We understand it can be frustrating to discover your client is no longer ready to proceed or that requirements unexpectedly changed. Please know that when a work schedule at Spok is affected in an unpredictable way, it affects everyone involved, including leadership. Management has been very aware of the issues our customers and our teams experience with implementing and maintaining software on premise. While in the past our best recourse was to adapt, in the future our customers will have the opportunity to purchase SaaS solutions in the Cloud. For the past several years, Spok leaders including those in Professional Services have been working diligently on plans to transform our products to the SaaS platform. And, while we have 2 senior leaders who are remote, we have 7 senior leaders who work regularly in our software center offices who conduct weekly and monthly meetings, participate in employee training, and contribute to newsletters to educate our team on our transformation to SaaS and the many opportunities and benefits this change presents for customers, employees and the company. Regarding merit-based increases, they were budgeted and paid for the past three years based upon the performance level of each individual. We’re hope this response addresses some of your concerns. If you wish to discuss further, please don’t hesitate to call me or send an email. We thank you for your service and contributions to Spok.
