Interesting Organization - Senior Project Manager Spok Employee Review

Decisions by upper management to hire project managers on an approximate 3:1 ratio with field service engineers was puzzling. That model created frustration among the PMs as we were forced to compete with each other to allocate time with the engineers required for onsite customer software implementations. It did not go well for the engineers, PMs and especially for the customers.
