      Pros

      I was on my own without any supervisors in Las Vegas. Easy job. My supervisor at the home office in California treated me excellently. The rest of the staff was very good when I need help with questions.

      Cons

      Low pay for independent contractors. So they went through a lot of drivers while I worked for them.
