Very pleasant to work here. Management and staff are nice.

Pay, insurance, ok vacation, that’s it

Working alone, being On call, 12 hour shifts, work life balance is non existent, everything is ran by corporate which is in Florida and the orders are then sent to the hubs but orders are incorrect so time is wasted driving to locations, working weekends, long drives, no promotional growth, also cannot reject jobs no matter how late you are into your shift, some equipment can also be very heavy and you have to push it to job site etc. and occasionally have to climb high ladders to get to ceilings.
