Very mixed experience - Cloud Sales Specialist Spot.io Employee Review

Management is a joke, no strategic minds and they are all just trying to vest and then bail. Ops will do everything they can to screw you on commissions. I know if at least 7 people in my time that got screwed on 20k+ commission checks. Every high performing sales rep has quit in the last 12 months as a result. There are only 2/18 reps remaining that have ever hit their quota in a quarter. Do not expect to hit 100% of your OTE, this BU within NetApp is dying.
