Pros

I have worked here for a few months, but I've been around the block. The amount of money I've made is incredible, the support I've received has been nothing short of awesome, and I've left every single appointment knowing I helped the person I just signed up. Here's the deal, it's a straight commission job. If you have no or little sales experience? Probably not going to work out. What you are seeing with all the negative comments are entitled and lazy people that couldn't make the cut. So they lash out and point fingers. SpotOn is what you make it. Work hard, they will reward you. I'm just getting into benefits..and I didn't even know you could get health coverage like they offer anymore. It's amazing. I may actually go to the doctor for a change. Bottom line is, if you work hard...you'll make a ton of money. My best friend walked away from a well into the 6 figure SALARY to join me at SpotOn...that's how much I believe in it...and so does he after I showed him what I'm making.

Cons

The only downside for me is I hate having to micro-manage my pay. In a straight commission job, that's just how it is. Most of the mistakes are mine in fairness, and when I point it out it is fixed. Doesn't mean I enjoy it. ;)

This is great to read. I couldn't agree with you more - this job is what you make of it. I love how supported you feel and the fulfillment you get from helping our customers. Pay transparency is paramount. While I'm proud of the detailed reporting in your Partner Portal, we're releasing an update in the coming weeks which should make it even easier. Proud to have you on the team and as always, don't hesitate in calling or emailing with things we should be improving on. Best, RJ

Pros

Robust benefits package that covers all the essentials: health, dental, vision, and a 401(k). They also offer an unlimited PTO policy, which is a great perk depending on how you prefer to manage your work-life balance.

Cons

Where do I begin? The product itself is unreliable and faulty, which means you are constantly dealing with angry customers. When you combine an unstable product with inept leadership, it's easy to see why the company struggles with profitability. There is zero culture here (at least in my department), and managers provide a severe lack of training. New employees are routinely thrown into situations they aren't prepared for, yet leadership wastes no time lambasting you when things go wrong. Because of this, morale is incredibly low and turnover is very high. Their internal processes are deeply flawed, and leadership has no intention of fixing them. It is simply too much work and unnecessary stress for the pay. I would stay far away from this company.
