Pros

Work from home, flexible hours

Cons

I'm not sure where to begin, this place is an absolute joke. Go ahead and click on the drop-down on the star rating and take a look at how that graph nose dives. The company was a 4.1 when I started and in a matter of 3 months has tanked to a 3.8. The communication is the worst I've seen. Not one single department knows what the other is doing. Your managers and VPs barely know who you should get in contact with over a certain issue, which is partly because of high turnover. The product is falling apart and failing business owners every day. We were actually encouraged not to sell the retail point-of-sale because it has so many issues. How can I meet quota when one of our core product offerings isn't even fit to be sold? Oh about quota, they ONLY care about numbers. I watched several people get fired before their 3 months with the company had even arrived. They were in a ramp-up period to get their feet on the ground and got fired. Several people on my sales team were given "final warnings" on the 10th of the month, that if we didn't produce enough in the next 20 days we were fired. There was never any effort to look into pipeline or have a conversation with the individual. (For what it's worth, I was not fired for performance but rather chose to leave. Doesn't make their actions any less disgusting.) Of course, in the recruiting process none of this is revealed. The OTE for an Account executive is 100k, which is incredibly unrealistic. Even the top performers on our sales team are making significantly less. Unlimited PTO? No. Unlimited, but only if you're one of their favorites and exceeding quota. Nearly everything we were told in onboarding was a lie. I could go on, but hopefully that peek behind the curtain will suffice to prevent you from making the mistake of working here.

Pros

Robust benefits package that covers all the essentials: health, dental, vision, and a 401(k). They also offer an unlimited PTO policy, which is a great perk depending on how you prefer to manage your work-life balance.

Cons

Where do I begin? The product itself is unreliable and faulty, which means you are constantly dealing with angry customers. When you combine an unstable product with inept leadership, it's easy to see why the company struggles with profitability. There is zero culture here (at least in my department), and managers provide a severe lack of training. New employees are routinely thrown into situations they aren't prepared for, yet leadership wastes no time lambasting you when things go wrong. Because of this, morale is incredibly low and turnover is very high. Their internal processes are deeply flawed, and leadership has no intention of fixing them. It is simply too much work and unnecessary stress for the pay. I would stay far away from this company.
