Pros

Health Care plan isn't horrible. Bonus pay and 401k is good. Interesting/cool people

Cons

20 minute lunches One 10 minute break Low pay for what is expected to be highly skilled work. High turnover It's honestly not a "bad" company, but not a good one. There are a lot of "lifers" who started way back in the 60s and 70s, so the overall feel if the company is very slow. If you want to change something, good luck because it's going to take at least a year. Between hearing back from emails, having meetings and general responses. Overall, it's a paycheck, but you'd probably be better off doing doordash.

- Lax, Chill Workload (Mostly) - Employees have high and long tenure here - Most of the company goes home around 4PM. - Job security for this industry is good: nobody is gonna stop buying spray nozzles anytime soon.

Cons

- Not the place for fast, innovative work. - Really slow to get things done and managers are old-fashioned and by-the-book. - Pay is pretty lousy for this industry. - Promotions are hard to come by, due to the "flat" organization this company promotes. - Management is stubborn prefers to take the cheap route vs the correct route. (They are known for hiring contractors before hiring fulltime (most of the employees), but also some contractors continue to never be hired on full-time) - Company outings are really meh.
