- Most of the company goes home around 4PM.
- Job security for this industry is good: nobody is gonna stop buying spray nozzles anytime soon.
Cons
- Not the place for fast, innovative work.
- Really slow to get things done and managers are old-fashioned and by-the-book.
- Pay is pretty lousy for this industry.
- Promotions are hard to come by, due to the "flat" organization this company promotes.
- Management is stubborn prefers to take the cheap route vs the correct route. (They are known for hiring contractors before hiring fulltime (most of the employees), but also some contractors continue to never be hired on full-time)
- Company outings are really meh.
