I appreciate that Spring has certain rules and procedures that transfer to other campuses, so that students know what to do no matter which campus they go to.

Cons

TEA is very active in Spring at the moment. I believe the ship is sinking and they are scrambling to figure it all out. It makes for a very intense and hostile work environment. Not enough decisions are in consideration of what's best for the students. That should be what the education system is all about.

Cons

Limited opportunities to move up, unexciting with little to learn or apply, very slow salary progression, and infrequent, minuscule raises. Also, increasing premiums for health insurance eating up most of your wage.
