In spring, the pros were flexible hours, daytime hours, good caseloads and good support from the SLP staff and schools assigned to in the district.

Cons

The major con to working in Spring ISD was the increase in paperwork. The demands brought about conflict with time to deliver services to the children.

Staff and employees are kind and easy to work with.

Cons

Limited opportunities to move up, unexciting with little to learn or apply, very slow salary progression, and infrequent, minuscule raises. Also, increasing premiums for health insurance eating up most of your wage.
