-Salary match for experience? (Pay cut after accepting position) -Student discipline is almost non-existent and inconsistently carried out (kids basically run wild and use profanity towards adults without repercussions) -High turnover among staff and administration (4 teachers and 2 administrators left already…4 for other positions) - Ancient classroom technology -Seemingly little to virtually no support for teachers -Overcrowded classes due to seriously under-staff departments (43 kids in one room??) -Top-heavy administrative structure on campuses (Instructional coaches for all core subjects)
