The teachers that work here are kind and supportive.

Cons

The district is behind in their ability to provide technology and use best practice for their educational needs. The district is being watched by TEA. The school I worked at had a lot of student fights. Not enough staff to support the behavior.

Staff and employees are kind and easy to work with.

Cons

Limited opportunities to move up, unexciting with little to learn or apply, very slow salary progression, and infrequent, minuscule raises. Also, increasing premiums for health insurance eating up most of your wage.
