Nice Co-workers and good benefits. Stipends for high need areas.

Cons

No support from admins. A very high stress environment and is not for the faint of heart. Class size can be 33 to 1. Under appreciated. Extremely state test motivated due to overall failing scores.

Staff and employees are kind and easy to work with.

Cons

Limited opportunities to move up, unexciting with little to learn or apply, very slow salary progression, and infrequent, minuscule raises. Also, increasing premiums for health insurance eating up most of your wage.
