Co-Workers are fantastic, the majority of everyday school staff understand the kids come first. A lot of the school are doing well and have experienced teachers

Cons

any district or administration level employee that does not have everyday experience " in the field " cannot understand how to do there job schools are not a business, administration just looks out for themselves. Never the students
