Too many people give directives, the organization is top heavy. Unrealistic timelines, Frequent changes in systems prevent obtainable outcomes.

Staff and employees are kind and easy to work with.

Cons

Limited opportunities to move up, unexciting with little to learn or apply, very slow salary progression, and infrequent, minuscule raises. Also, increasing premiums for health insurance eating up most of your wage.
