It was a very easy to get job, the interview was very short, and it was close to $60K a year

Cons

The kids in this district seriously lack emotional/social skills. I don't want to demonize them, but the kids in this district don't want to learn, are very disrespectful and rude.

Pros

Staff and employees are kind and easy to work with.

Cons

Limited opportunities to move up, unexciting with little to learn or apply, very slow salary progression, and infrequent, minuscule raises. Also, increasing premiums for health insurance eating up most of your wage.
