The pay is unfair. Politics! The district is soooo top heavy-everyone is an executive. The paperwork and procedures are a complete and utter nightmare- compliance haha that word doesn't exist in this district. Good luck... I can keep going but you get the idea.

Staff and employees are kind and easy to work with.

Cons

Limited opportunities to move up, unexciting with little to learn or apply, very slow salary progression, and infrequent, minuscule raises. Also, increasing premiums for health insurance eating up most of your wage.
