Pros

I really enjoyed working at Spring ISD. I worked with really good and friendly people, I had plenty of autonomy at my job and challenging projects to work on. I also felt appreciated in my role.

Cons

As with any public establishment, there is some bureaucracy, limited financial and human resources etc.

Pros

Staff and employees are kind and easy to work with.

Cons

Limited opportunities to move up, unexciting with little to learn or apply, very slow salary progression, and infrequent, minuscule raises. Also, increasing premiums for health insurance eating up most of your wage.
