Pros

The district has great technology and invests heavily in it. Plenty of opportunity for professional development.

Cons

There is clearly a demarcation line in regards to the quality of education. The southern part of the district is not as affluent as the northern part. The southern part has more of the title 1 schools and lower income students.

Cons

Limited opportunities to move up, unexciting with little to learn or apply, very slow salary progression, and infrequent, minuscule raises. Also, increasing premiums for health insurance eating up most of your wage.
