There is no leadership here at all. Those in charge are only worried about the money or basketball. The head of school will say they have an open door policy and are open to feedback but you will be scolded and pounced on if you say something. There are people who will watch everything you say and do and report it back to higher up. BEWARE of those who have been working here for multiple years that are not full classroom teachers - they do not have your back. The pay is okay, but the health insurance is awful and there is no retirement match. Do NOT live on campus if you can help it. You will get many more jobs that you think - teaching classes you didn't sign up for, being in charge of a club, helping at events, etc. They want your entire life to be Springdale.
