Pros

The people are great. Everybody gets along perfectly fine. Although people have their days, for the most part people get along. Also, scheduling flexibility is great considering I am a student as well.

Cons

They don't have any opportunities for employees to move-up in their position.

Pros

Great people to work with, love the kids!

Cons

Upper management is not super supportive. They want quick fixes instead of long term quality of programming. The building is not developmentally appropriate for the children in our care.
