Pros
Great co-workers, students were very kind. Supervisors were helpful and understanding. Relatively easy to separate my work life from my private life.
Cons
Economically-depressed neighborhood proved to sometimes be a difficult environment in which to work. Parents could be difficult to agree with, but isn't this true of most school districts? With limited educational budgets, supervisors could be distracted from the day-to-day activities.
