Good day former Sprinter. I'm so sorry your experience wasn't the best for you. Since you've left SprintRay for almost a year now, so many exciting enhancements have occurred. Including but not limited to: leadership sharing the outlook of the organization openly to all Sprinters using live platforms that allows us to engage with the leadership. Leadership recognizes that everyone needs work/life balance and as a result, employees are allowed to take as much leave as they need. Leadership listened the voice of the employees "People Strategy Team" and instituted our Flexible Sick and Holiday Time Off Plans. As a paid holiday, you can now take your birthday off every year and three floating holidays of your choice. At SprintRay, the Leadership recognizes and values the dedication of all team members and are passionate about our company culture.
