Pros

Products are amazing and are very fulfilling to sell. The printer is in high demand so everyday is full of helping customers save tons of money on their lab bills.

Cons

The quota’s are a joke. No region has ever hit quota, yet they continue raising them. They continue to call reps lazy and blame them, however 98% of the Salesforce doesn’t hit quota. There has been very high turnover and its only going to get worse.

Cons

As a growing company, priorities can change quickly, so flexibility is important. The pace can be busy, but it's also exciting.
