      Pros

      You do get a discount on you store purchases, but other than that..... Nothing! Zero! Waste of time to work here!

      Cons

      - Poor salary - Constantly understaffed - Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager order you to do the work of 2-3 people. -If you are lucky, you might get a lunch. But due to being understaffed and managers wanting everything done, you rarely get a lunch. - Department Manager where I work throws people "under the bus" to protect his job. - If you get an interview, forget getting the job you apply for. They do the classic "bait-and-switch" when it comes to hring people

      Pros

      Friendly environment getting paid every week. I enjoy working with my coworkers

      Cons

      I have been working with the company for years since 2019. I have seen some good mangers and seen better days with it. I am not a big fan of the current management the assistant store manger is fine. But both the store manger and service manger has room for improvement. I noticed that they have favorites with employees. My direct manger doesn’t interact with me enough but is social butterfly to everyone else this is like a high school vibe.
