Poor Management - Sales Representative Spyderco Employee Review

Spyderco has been and continues to be better than I deserve.

There are cons, just like any relationship, but what's right about Spyderco always corrects what's wrong with it - Time and effort required.

Good employee discounts. Nice facility. Relaxed dress code. Great Colorado location.

The son of the original CEO has been running the company for years, but lacks ANY formal (business) education which makes for a very dysfunctional run company. Due to poor sales 10% of the employees were laid off 2 years ago, which resulted in the loss of key people that were instrumental for the success of new high tech machinery that was being added.
