Pros
The product line was good and the pay was competitive. Square 9 is constantly trying to improve their products and innovate which is great to see.
Cons
Team culture was seriously lacking on the Nation Direct sales team. It felt like you were more like a number rather than an individual. Management constantly micro-manages while offering little to no value in terms of support, coaching or development. Often times, management would sit in on your calls to monitor you, but wouldn't provide any valuable feedback or input. You were expected to "hammer" leads by calling them three times a day which felt a bit desperate. The big issue here isn't the company as a whole or the product line. The issue lies within direct leadership over the team. Constant criticism with no opportunity to really develop yourself. It felt a bit overbearing and at times it seemed like the leadership over the team put more emphasis on making you feel incompetent rather than trying to strategize on how to grow the team. The turnover rate is very high so be careful and do not expect to be here long.
