Pros

My name is Rajesh working as a oracle DBA with reputed project. The reason to comment here for sriven is completely the service they provides to the employees. Brilliant !!!! Management team is so strong in communication and ready to help any time. Interview levels were little difficult but that too is important to make right position for right ones. I liked their straight forward behaviour !!!!!!

Cons

Interview level is quit hard but that's too important to select best deserving candidate so I appreciate it.
