Pros

CEO and Director will welcome you warmly.

Cons

After joining you will come to know that if you want to be in this office you have to please them. They do not hire Citizens because most of the time they work with Apex and Teksystems, so their worries are if these big companies will take over the Citizens and greencard consultants. They will try to snatch some H1B or OPTs from other consultancies and put them to on Sriven's payroll.
