      Friendly co workers There is nothing else to report It used to be a great place to work but has quickly gone downhill

      Cons

      Unprofessional management, Blatant favoritism Upper management knows of issues but refuses to address them Part time employees continually flexed up to work full time hours with no compensation Forced to work long hours , sometimes with no or minimal breaks and lunches No support or help from management

      Pros

      Management was very kind, encouraging, and people I could lean on.

      Cons

      Pay was not super but understandable for the position. Working around or on Holidays as well since it is a hospital.

      Great doctors to work with.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, bullying from coworkers/ management, favoritism from management and higher ups, HR department does not have any interest of any issues relayed to them. I do not recommend working for st Clair internal medicine until they get better management.
