      Pros

      Nice suburban hospital in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. Friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch with demands placed on employee's. Many are working double and triple shifts, for weeks on end, without a day off. Also, some employees are not given their entitled breaks for meals and bathroom because of what department they are in.

      Pros

      Management was very kind, encouraging, and people I could lean on.

      Cons

      Pay was not super but understandable for the position. Working around or on Holidays as well since it is a hospital.

      Great doctors to work with.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, bullying from coworkers/ management, favoritism from management and higher ups, HR department does not have any interest of any issues relayed to them. I do not recommend working for st Clair internal medicine until they get better management.
