Pros

Very clean facility with great safety ratings. Lots of resources and classes offered. Good pay with two yearly raises. Brand new free employee parking garage. Brand new cafeteria and the food is actually pretty good.

Cons

Extremely hard to get steady daylight. Particular managers can be hard to work with at times.

Management was very kind, encouraging, and people I could lean on.

Cons

Pay was not super but understandable for the position. Working around or on Holidays as well since it is a hospital.

Great doctors to work with.

Cons

Toxic work environment, bullying from coworkers/ management, favoritism from management and higher ups, HR department does not have any interest of any issues relayed to them. I do not recommend working for st Clair internal medicine until they get better management.
