Out of the city, free on-site and covered parking, no traffic

Cons

Very poor management and leadership, offers no support to staff, only criticisms. HR does nothing to support or mediate complaints or issues. I filed a harassment complaint and it was never even investigated

Management was very kind, encouraging, and people I could lean on.

Cons

Pay was not super but understandable for the position. Working around or on Holidays as well since it is a hospital.

Great doctors to work with.

Cons

Toxic work environment, bullying from coworkers/ management, favoritism from management and higher ups, HR department does not have any interest of any issues relayed to them. I do not recommend working for st Clair internal medicine until they get better management.
