Close to home, free parking,

Cons

No support from managers, outrageous demands for patient ratios, patient safety not a consideration, nurses are asked to compromise their licenses every shift. Systemic healthcare problems cannot be solved with candy and pizza.

Management was very kind, encouraging, and people I could lean on.

Cons

Pay was not super but understandable for the position. Working around or on Holidays as well since it is a hospital.

Great doctors to work with.

Cons

Toxic work environment, bullying from coworkers/ management, favoritism from management and higher ups, HR department does not have any interest of any issues relayed to them. I do not recommend working for st Clair internal medicine until they get better management.
