No appreciation - Patient Access Registration Representative St. Clair Health Employee Review

No appreciation for work done or any extra work done. Extremely short staffed with no end in sight. The dept. has a trainer position who doesn’t train new employee but instead the supervisor pulls employees in to the hospital to train new hires (without additional pay!) while completely short staffed. No acknowledgment/communication unless you do something wrong. Extremely high turn over rate within the dept. As a whole! More care is taken about the success of the dept. by the employees vs management. Which there hasn’t been a hired actual manager in close to a year!!!
