None at all it was horrible from start to finish

Cons

If you want a job where management/leadership doesn’t listen to you, you can’t share ideas or god forbid suggest any change then this place is for you. They want people who will stay quiet and not question anything. Horribly toxic culture from top to bottom. Leadership is out of touch.

Pros

Management was very kind, encouraging, and people I could lean on.

Cons

Pay was not super but understandable for the position. Working around or on Holidays as well since it is a hospital.

Great doctors to work with.

Cons

Toxic work environment, bullying from coworkers/ management, favoritism from management and higher ups, HR department does not have any interest of any issues relayed to them. I do not recommend working for st Clair internal medicine until they get better management.
