Pros

Good team mentality, higher ups care about you more than most hospitals in Pittsburgh, free food sometimes for staff, self schedule stays pretty much the same as what you choose, quality physicians to work with

Cons

Upmc still controls the market in Pittsburgh so we’re still not getting paid enough, differentials for nightshift and weekends are only like 1$

Management was very kind, encouraging, and people I could lean on.

Cons

Pay was not super but understandable for the position. Working around or on Holidays as well since it is a hospital.

Great doctors to work with.

Cons

Toxic work environment, bullying from coworkers/ management, favoritism from management and higher ups, HR department does not have any interest of any issues relayed to them. I do not recommend working for st Clair internal medicine until they get better management.
