      Some of the staff are wonderful to work with

      Cons

      Upper management has no transparency. They say they will get back to you on matters and then find out from someone else days later of a change. Not willing to adjust pay even when new hires with no experience are being hired at a higher rate than staff with 5+ years of experience

      Pros

      Management was very kind, encouraging, and people I could lean on.

      Cons

      Pay was not super but understandable for the position. Working around or on Holidays as well since it is a hospital.

      Great doctors to work with.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, bullying from coworkers/ management, favoritism from management and higher ups, HR department does not have any interest of any issues relayed to them. I do not recommend working for st Clair internal medicine until they get better management.
